Land is a precious commodity as there is limited supply.So buying lands puts you at a huge advantage, long term. However, there is usually very little cashflow from land alone – so I would recommend that land is bought as part of a more balanced portfolio

I Can best explain this by using an example: Let’s say that you buy a property using one of the course techniques, once you have possession of the real estate you should (if you have been following our system) be able to make money the same month. How fast can you have a completed property? Well, if you’re like some of our delegates, they get the keys to their first real estate just 1 month after the course (in fact they started putting the deal together on the course).
I used to say that the worst thing that you could do after the course is not to do anything… but now realise that the worst thing that could happen is you make a mistake and buy the wrong kind of real estate after the course. Part of the research part of the System is to ensure that there is the right sort of rental demand for a property BEFORE you buy it. In my book buying real estate and hoping there is a rental demand is a big mistake. If you ignore the system and decide to go ahead and buy a property, and then you realise you can’t let it out, the worst thing that could happen is that you sell it.

Yes of course the system will work! So long as you use OPM (Other People’s Money) to buy real estate… A bank is just one source! And also there is the opportunity to make money from real estate without even owning it!
